Our shows respect faith, family, and flag, and everyone is welcome. We invite kids of all ages to tour the open pits at NTPA venues, meet our talented drivers, and get up close to these exotic vehicles that look fast standing still. Pullers are owners and operators, farmers and foremen, engineers and entrepreneurs, mechanics and machinists who love to turn wrenches, tires, and dirt-just like their fans. Founded in 1969 to establish nationwide competition and safety rules for pulling, the NTPA and its member organizations present around 150 events each year and award champions of state, Regional National, and Grand National circuits in dozens of vehicle divisions. Among a group of competitors driving similar machines, the winner is the one whose tractor, truck, or modified moves the sled the greatest distance along a straight course. Truck and tractor pulling is a contest in which a highly specialized competition vehicle drags a weighted sled whose resistance increases as it travels. This Regional National event will feature national classes of Light Super Stock, Light Limited Super Stock, Heavy Super Stock, Super Farm, and Limited Pro Stock Tractors, Two-Wheel-Drive and Four-Wheel-Drive Trucks, and Mini and multi-engine Modifieds beginning at 6:30 p.m. The 2022 National Tractor Pullers Association Championship Pulling season continues with the Showdown in Curdtown on Saturday, June 11 at the Pierce County Fairgrounds in Ellsworth, Wisconsin. 12 and Highway 131 meet just to the east Highway 21 also brings you to Tomah’s north side, just cut south through town to reach Highway 16 and the park.Columbus, Ohio-Let's all pull together, America! Kids are invited to spend Friday morning from 9:00am until showtime at the pull to view our pit area, receive a free t-shirt, and meet drivers for autographs. You can also check out a wide variety of food vendors and exhibits, and arts and crafts show, and a flea market. The tracks were completely renovated in 2007. ![]() It is known as a tough, power track, able to withstand the speed and pounding of today’s muscle machines. This experience includes pulling of semis, 4WD, 2WD, diesel trucks, unlimited tractors, modified tractors, super stock tractors, mini rods and super farm tractors. The double track is built of clay laced with lime, which prevents the surface from becoming too slick or too hard. As they say, “Not Just a Pull… An Experience.” It draws people from across the nation, even some other parts of the world. The annual Budweiser Dairyland Super National Truck & Tractor Pull is back in action at Tomah’s Recreation Park Thursday, June 23rd through Saturday, June 25th, 2022! Since 1976, Tomah has hosted this massive event which is a premier stop on the NTPA Championship Pulling Circuit.
